Services: Photobooth, Mirror Backdrop (including decoration)

1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Lobo Booth and the renter of the services.
​
2. Services and Products
Lobo Booth rents out photobooths and/or mirrorboxes with decoration tailored to the renter's preferences, such as balloons, garlands, and backdrop fabrics.
Delivery, setup, and dismantling of the products are carried out by Lobo Booth staff.

3. Reservation and Payment

Quotes can be requested via the website. The renter will receive a quote within 2–3 working days.

Upon agreement and payment of the deposit, the date will be confirmed.
-
Deposits must be paid within 7 days via bank transfer, stating the quote number, unless agreed otherwise.
-
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 2 days before the event.
-
In case of late payment, Lobo Booth is entitled to charge a 10% interest and a fixed compensation of 10% of the invoice amount (minimum €50) without prior notice.

4. Cancellation and Modification
-
Cancellation up to 31 days before the event is free of charge; the deposit will be fully refunded.

For cancellations within 30 days before the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
-
For cancellations within 14 days before the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
-
Changing the date or location is possible up to 30 days before the event, subject to availability.
-
If the new location is further than originally agreed, a mileage fee of €0.55/km (excl. VAT) will be charged.

5. Delivery / Installation and Site Access

Transport and setup are carried out by Lobo Booth staff.
-
Installation takes place on the ground floor unless a lift is available. The renter is responsible for checking the lift dimensions.

If the location does not meet the installation requirements, Lobo Booth cannot be held responsible.
-
The photobooth/mirrorbox must be placed in a dry, sheltered area. If this is not possible, Lobo Booth reserves the right to cancel the agreement without refund.

In case of force majeure (e.g. vehicle issues, extreme weather), the renter will be contacted and will receive a full refund.
-
Lobo Booth is not liable for delays or shortcomings beyond its control.

6. Use of the Photobooth
-
The renter is responsible for any damage to the photobooth and/or mirrorbox and other materials after delivery and setup by Lobo Booth staff.
-
After installation, the photobooth and/or mirrorbox may not be moved without permission from Lobo Booth.
-
After installation, the renter may not turn the photobooth on or off or unplug it.
-
The photobooth and/or mirrorbox must always be placed in a dry location. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure this, especially when placed outdoors or in rainy conditions.

Lobo Booth staff are required to provide instructions on how to use the photobooth.

7. Liability

The renter is fully responsible and liable for any damage to the photobooth/mirrorbox or other Lobo Booth materials caused by the renter, their guests, or other attendees at the event (excluding Lobo Booth staff). The full cost of the damage will be charged to the lessee.

Lobo Booth cannot be held liable for inaccuracies on its website or any resulting damages, unless these inaccuracies are due to intent or gross negligence.

Lobo Booth cannot be held responsible for accidents or other harmful consequences resulting from the use or setup of the provided materials.

8. Privacy and Data Processing

The renter grants Lobo Booth permission to use all photos taken at the event for promotional purposes on Lobo Booth’s social media channels.

If the renter wishes to opt out of this condition, they must notify us in writing at least one day before the event.

9. Complaints Procedure
-
If there are any questions or complaints during the event, the renter can contact Lobo Booth by phone at +32 485 13 94 10.
-
Lobo Booth will always attempt to resolve the issue remotely. If the issue is due to force majeure (e.g. power outage), Lobo Booth cannot be held liable.
-
Lobo Booth will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. Rented Goods
-
The renter confirms that all rented products from Lobo Booth have been received in good condition.
